The fuel adjustment factor for October 2023 is stipulated at 15.6%. The surcharge for the month of September 2023 was stipulated at 13.3%.

The fuel adjustment factor is calculated and defined on a monthly basis and will be adjusted, if there is an increase or reduction in the net cost of fuel of 0,3 percentage points or more. The fuel adjustment factor for the coming month is based on the cost of diesel fuel on the 15th of the previous month.
