The stackers all come with a suitable cabin which is both comfortable and ergonomic. Wide visibility, control display and joystick are also advantages that makes the CES machines ideal workspaces.
Wide application and handling possibilities
The CES reachstackers can be customized to individual needs. Various lifting systems are available from container spreader and piggy back, electromagnet and hooks to special systems. This makes the machines compatible with any customers needs and load type.
The hydrostatic traction allows the machine to lift, move and position any type of load with extreme precision. The variable displacement hydraulic pumps, mounted on the engine and controlled by dedicated software, guarantee continuity of flow and pressure to all peripherals. In case of simultaneous use, the system regulates the number of revolutions of the engine, the power of the pumps and ensures continuity in movements.
Super heavy application
The lifting capacity of traditional reach stackers is limited by certain technical conditions. To increase the lifting capacity of the pick and carry machine, the front axle is replaced with a system of gearboxes driven by the hydrostatic system and mounted large tires. This makes it possible to lift up to 350 ton and move the load with a speed of 5/7 km/h.
